Ask Jims Auto Repair

We were driving thru and had a little trouble on the road. One of the local tow truck drivers recommended taking us to Ask Jims Auto Repair as they knew for a fact that the were open on a late SATURDAY afternoon almost evening. Sure Enough , out walks Jim and shakes our hand right on the spot. Ask how he could help us. After looking at our car and letting us know we had an alternator problem ,,,, His wife Patty goes drives down to the part store .... to late for the parts store to deliver .... and gets our part!!! From brake down to tow to repair to on the road again ... less then 3 hrs.... wished they were in my home town .... Hey Jim want to move??? The Thompsons

My husband and I have been going to Ask Jim's for years now and I can honestly say what a blessing they have been! Jim has saved us literally thousands of dollars over the years by his honesty and integrity where other shops have told us we needed this or that done, that didn't really need done. When we first started with Ask Jim's we would still take our cars to a few closer shops for routine oil changes and on multiple occasions were told that we needed work done that didn't actually need done. At that point, we decided that the only people we would trust with our cars are Jim and Patty. They are just good down home folks and we are so happy with them. We also referred our aunt and uncle who live down in North Bend to them after they got a RIDICULOUS quote from a shop down south. Jim was able to save them hundreds of dollars on the exact same repair. They have stated that they will definitely make the drive up north for any major repairs moving forward.
