Asha Salon & Spa Rockford

Was hoping Asha in Rockford would be the place to get my hair and nails done but was very disapointed with what I ended up with. The color was orange-y and my cut looked awful. Even my husband hated it and he never says anything bad. I refuse to return there. I really wanted to like this place as it is an Aveda concept salon but it just doesn't measure up!

First, I was very impressed by the prompt response to my online appointment request. They were able to get me in the very next day. I requested a newer stylist and they set me up with Ashley for a cut and style. She did an excellent job! I was very happy with the way she cut my hair and also with her confidence and friendliness. I even bought some hair products before I left which is something I never do. I will definetely be going back.
