The problem with my stove was diagnosed during our phone call. I was asked for the model number so he could bring the part with him. The original diagnosis was correct so he had the part and the repair was made immediately. That meant I didn't have to take more time off work. Plus, he called prior to the appointment to confirm and was extremely courteous. Will definitely call them again.
