Amo's Taxi Cab

This cab service is unreliable and unprofessional. They were never on time (as we tried them 3x's). The driver or dispatcher would say he or she would be where needed within 10-15 minutes and 20-30 minutes later they were there. This past Monday, a driver was told to meet at a specific place, and this driver took it upon himself to drive through the gates of the gated apartments, (following behind someone, might I add) and drove around the entire apartment complex. They were never given an apartment number, as the agreed and consistent place of meeting was in front of the rental office. Once they did not see my husband, they drove away. I called some1 answered not understanding english and after a few minutes of requesting cab service, I was hung up on. When called back a man answered saying his wife "had the phone"-agreed 2 send driver and 1 never came. When called back they say I had the wrong number because they never got it. What a NIGHTMARE-if you're ready to GO-DO NOT CALL AMO!
