My mother recently became ill and thought she'd be better with time. I suggested we go to the emergency room but she didn't want to sit for hours before being seen. She agreed to follow the advice of the 24 Hour Nurseline she'd heard me talk about with our AmeriPlan benefits. Sure enough, the RN I spoke with suggested she go to the ER.
