I found Ambassador on the internet and was able to book my reservation on-line. They were on time, the limo was very clean and comfortable, the driver was terrific and they even gave me free bottled water and breath mints to start out my trip. By the end of the short ride, I felt as though I'd made a new good friend!

My large family (7kids) visits the Pink Shelll on Fort Myers Beach for a week every year. We found Ambassador Transportation on the internet and reserved one of their large vans for the trip from and to the airport. The van was super clean and the driver was terrific. T...hey provided free car seats for three of our kids, too. The driver suggested some great side trips that were'nt mentioned in the travel brochures and we hired them to take us around for the day to see some of them. One word- horrific. My family decided to book Ambassador Transportation for our large group- 9 people total. We have a 6 year old, 12 month old, and 6 month old. They showed up with one booster car seat (even though the reservation said 2 rear car seats and 1 booster- ...and was also confirmed twice via phone). I was understanding- it was a mistake, and we could wait for someone to bring the other 2 car seats. Here's where things got ugly. We were told to get in the car and drive to a parking lot while we waited for the car seats (yes, without 2 infants in car seats). We said no. However, all of our bags were already in the car and the driver said if we didn't come, he would come back. So we all were nervous they would just leave us. So we very reluctantly drove 1000 feet without 2 babies in carseats to a cell phone lot. 30 minutes later the owners wife showed up and brought 1 car seat.
