I wanted to share my story in order to reveal the dedication and time Rafael and Ana Alvarez served.I was audit for the year 2005 due to a gentleman who did not put any emphasize on his work. Even after I was audit this gentleman did not appear to offer me any help. He ...even left the company. I then went to Rafael asking for his help to recover the money the IRS was taking away from me for a mistake someone else did.I lasted about a year and so months sending claim forms which Rafael Alvarez had done for me to send to the IRS. I had all my back up documents to support my data I had send for the year 2005. He was always pleasant and open to see me at any time to help me recover this money.Mind you I had to sent the forms twice because the IRS was stressing they had not received it. I was very pleased with the work and time Rafael and Ana devoted to my issue. This year I was very happy to see my IRS letter saying my claim was accepted and expect the refund of the money I paid to the IRS.I wanted to let you all know not everyone has patient and time to deal with the IRS and preparing forms to sent to the IRS for claims.
