I ordered ceramic light blub rings that were so oversized they would not fit between the harp (metal that attaches the lamp shade to the lamp). I tried every lamp in my home, from 10 yrs old to 2 yrs old and they did not fit on any....odd! I emailed Scott to tell him and he was so surprised....lamps must be of adifferent size in Philly....lol...but he took them back and sent me the metal rings. I had a few metal rings and measured them against the new ones Scott sent and there was a "big" difference between the size. This time the rings were too small and sat on top of the blub and any time you would turn light on or off the ring fell off. So needless to say I am out of that money. I ordered my candles on 12/2/2012. It is 12/17/2012 and STILL no candles. I've tried calling (voicemail box full). I've tried emailing (and get ZERO back). They certainly were able to charge me.. just not deliver as of yet? What gives. Not impressed at all. I live in Connecticut it does not take over 2 weeks for something to be delivered. A response back would have made me feel better. I am worried that I was scammed.
