I'm in an Allaire car every month - the service is great, drivers are courteous, car is clean and seat belts work every time! Many, many years of reliability.

Dont Ever book this company, they have horrible customer service and everyone you speak is rude..

We recently used Allaire for a family trip 4 adults and 2 small children (age4& 6)., the cost one way from Hokmdel to Newark was $240.00 so not cheap. The van that picked us up from the airport ly had only 2 seat belts that worked so we used them for the car seats. The ...rest of us had to ride with no seat belts on the major highways, the driver had no idea what happened to the seat belts and said he would report it. I called Allaire and was told the seats had been taken in and out so much that the seat belts were not accessible, no real apololgy or anything. Seatbelts are the law and save lives - car service should provide them, they should be ashamed and if there had been an accident - what would be their excuse! The manager was suppose to call me back but never did - customer service is also not one of their best qualities along with safety. I've used them several times and they were extremely good. Excellent drivers, excellent cars, on time, very professional.

JUST OFF OF A CONVERSATION WE HAD, THEY ARE MISERABLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. NEVER MIND THE SERVICE. THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM EVER. I WOULD HAVE RATHER WALKED
