Simplicity Vacuum
I brought my 12 yr old Hoover Windtunnel in for repairs. After doing the repairs that I requested, Richard advised me that the transmission was wearing out on the self-prppel feature. Peggy had demonstrated a Simplicity model when I first came in and we talked about the... power and the lifetime belt feature. I considered the cost of the current repair and future repair to replace the transmission on the Hoover and decided to trade the Hoover for the new Simplicity Vacuum. I am very happy that I made that decision. Working with everyone at Richard's Vacuum was easy and a pure pleasure. They put their customer's first with quality in sales and service. I will recommend this small business to all my friends and neighbors.
Simplicity Vacuum and Oreck Service
Shopped around and priced many different vacuums, and all I had to do was visit Richard's Vacuum Center. Got exactly what I was looking for in style, power, and durability. Also, had an Oreck serviced; works like new and very reasonably priced. Thank you, Richard's Vacuum, for a great product and friendly staff.
Simplicity Vacuum F3500
My husband and I bought this vacuum after doing a great deal of research. Everyone in the the store was great. All our questions were answered. We love the vacuum and it does everything as promised. We have tile and one large area rug, it cleans both great . It is also wonderful for people who have pets.
Awesome company and people

vacuum system installation
We were very pleased with the professional way that Richard's Vacuum handled the installation of our Simplicity vacuum system. The job was completed in timely fashion with very good accuracy. Great Service/Great Vacuum
We went to Richard's in January 2011 to buy a new vacuum since our Hoover Wind Tunnel had to be replaced. I wanted something of exceptional quality and performance. Penny & Steve told us about the Simplicity brand. I explained the layout of our residence and what ...I thought our needs were for a new unit. They allowed us to try a number of Simplicity models in our home until we decided on the correct vacuum. The customer service in this store is top notch and they really know their products. Penny took lots of time to explain the operation of the unit and how to use the tools and change the bag. The Simplicity brand is more costly than the average vacuum but the warranty is great and it will probably give me many many years of quality cleaning.
