I called 4 companies listed on Google. The guy on the phone (with All American) was very knowledgeable and very nice without being fake, unlike some of the others. After I explained my situation, All American was the only one that gave me a price over the phone (Very mu...ch appreciated). After finally going through the 3 other free inspections (Sales Pitches), I went with All American. 4 minutes late (Sorry, I am way too picky with time). The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They have treated our home for several years and the treatments really do last - we have never had to call them back to re-treat.
