You need people to explain things for during that process, but we got no support.

I went to open escrow. The escrow officer gave me a closed envelope and told me to read it at home, sign it, and return it because she doesn't have time for me she is "a very busy person." As a first time home byer trying to read alone the escrow papers was a very hard and stressful experience. She did close escrow on time, but I was alone in the process and really had a hard time understanding the paperwork. If you choose this escrow company good luck, you are going to need it!
