It's freezing cold right now. Single digit temps. And windy. I just bought THREE I-phones less than 30 days ago FROM THEM and one has a problem. They open at 10 and although I arrived at 9:55, they stood there at the counter putting things in a notebook / binder. At... 10 a.m. They let me in. Only he came, flipped the door lock yet didn't even have the courtesy to open it for me like a gentleman or customer service person should. Then when I open the door myself, HE DOESN'T EVEN SPEAK!!! No hi, hello, good morning or anything !!! SUPER RUDE!!!!
