Action Tree Service

Thought I was going to like these folks, but I was wrong. Called up and left a message for someone to call me back b/c I wanted to get a quote on removing a tree. Someone from the office called me back saying they were out working and not to expect a call back today. Not a problem. Bob called me back the next day and I missed his call. Tried to call back and no answer and voicemail is full so can't leave a message. He called the next night and set up a time to come give an estimate for the next day at 10am. We waited around until 10:30 when we called the office to make sure someone was on the way. We were then told there was an emergency and Bob lost his phone. Would have been nice to get a phone call...guess they just figured we'd give up after waiting around for awhile? Called back to set up another time for 3pm the same afternoon (when I had to have my father come to meet b/c we already had plans that could not be changed for the afternoon)...we thought we'd give them one more chance since everyone makes mistakes and things come up. Guess that's our mistake b/c it's now 4:30pm, no one has shown up or called to reschedule. I feel this shows a complete lack of professionalism and no regard for the customer. I would honestly give zero stars if I could. I would highly recommend avoiding this company unless you want to chase your tree guy around for a few days just to get an estimate.
