I called Able Air Conditioning this past summer after receiving a recommendation from a family member. Given the time of year, I was so surprised how accommodating they were to my needs. I live alone and work in the city so often not at home before 7 pm, however they agreed to visit my home the following day at a convenient time.

After going through several options, we agreed next steps, a price and a date to install my new AC system.

On the agreed date, Brian (owner) arrived on time, which is surprising given my experience with contractors in the past. The job took less time than I expected, they were very tidy and the final invoice was exactly the same as the initial quote. Couldn't be happier!
