I'd give the a "0" if that were an option. They never show up when they are supposed to, and don't answer their phone, or phone rolls over to voice mail, which is full. I am trying to cancel my service, and can't even get a hold of them to cancel, that is pretty bad....

My area did not get service for over 3 weeks!!!! We were told a different story every time we called. I finally had to cancel and then they picked up my trash along with my can but no one else in my area! I have chosen another company!!! Still awaiting my pre paid balance though! Wish i could rate them 0 stars!

ABC Waste is great!!!!!!!!!\t\nABC has been my waste disposal provider for more than a year. They have the best rates in town. There have been times when I forgot to send in or make my payment on my scheduled trash pickup date and called the office and they picked up my trash anyway and allowed me to pay the next day. \t\nThere drivers change over time but with anyone who you do business with you should establish some form of understanding. They have always been nice and will clean up more efficiently if asked. \t\n
