This company, the division in Georgia specifically,is horrible. They display no professionalism or courtesy. They know nothing about Customer service or satisfaction. They promised my squirrel problem would be resolved in two weeks. Two and half months later nothing was trapped and their technician did a number on my roof placing screws in my shingles and didn't even close the gaps. I asked for a refund and they have the nerve to say I owe them. If they fulfilled their contract and knew how to deal with customers I wouldn't have a problem paying them. There are issues on BBB and a customer said they were not pleased with how the company "resolved" the issue even after BBB was involved.

WE DID CHECK WITH THE BBB OF COURSE, AND TRAPPER JOHN HAS A RATING OF A+ . MY BROTHER RECOMMENDED THEM TO US , HE HAD THEM OUT TO HIS HOUSE IN ROSWELL 8 YEARS AGO , AND STILL GOOD. NO MORE RATS OR SQUIRRELS. THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 22 YEARS.

WE USED TRAPPER JOHN FOR OUR HOME WHEN WE HAD RODENTS, AND ALSO FOR OUR 2 RENTAL PROPERTIES WITH SQUIRRELS. WE LEARNED ABOUT THEM FROM A MEMBER OF OUR CHURCH, SHE USED THEIR COMPANY 6 YEARS AGO, AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY DO QUALITY WORK !
