Before Shipping
• Call or email us so we are aware it’s on its way. Make sure it has to be signed for when delivere...d.
• Empty all water from the sterilizer. From the reservoir and the lines, if you have any questions on how to do this send us an email for instructions.
• Pack it well A.T.S. is not responsible for lost or damaged equipment during shipping.
• Include your contact information. Name, address, phone number, email address. Write a brief description of the problem. Machine will not power on, will not heat etc.
• You will be contacted with an estimate before any work is performed. If you decide against having the machine repaired, you will be charged a $45.00 estimate fee and return shipping charges.
