We are a Allied member of A.S.I.D. that specializes in Interior Design and Home Staging. A.L.I. Designs has worked with major builders across the country decorating model homes for master planned communities. We are now looking to stay in the Houston market after years of travel. We specialize in home staging and interior design. Sometimes it is hard for buyers in imagine what the home would look like with themselves in it when it is empty. Research has proven that a home sells much faster when it is staged. Our goal is to make your home sell faster. Ann is a Allied Member of A.S.I.D. and has decorating connections throughout the industry.

Katy Area Still Growing
Vista Equities Group and Vista Private Equity Group, LLP have just bought 89 acres of land at the corner of Grand Parkway and Kingsland Boulevard in Katy, Texas. The lot will include retail, medical and office buildings that will only bring more businesses and homeowners to the area. Our firm was recently invited to design the powder room of the Samuel May Williams Historical home in Galveston, Texas. This home is will be the A.S.I.D. Spring 2008 Showhouse. The history I have read on this home says that it is the second oldest home still standing in Galveston and was built in 1839.
