The review posted by an anonymous poster under "A GOOGLE USER" is wrong in two ways: 1) ALL Magnetics and Ningbo Magnetics Factory have been providing excellent quality magnetizers and customer service to our company Master Magnetics for over 25 years. 2) It is a deceitful conflict of interest for magnet companies that compete with each other to write under "A GOOGLE USER" anonymous bad reviews about their competition.

They LOST our shipment TWICE!!!
They LOST our shipment TWICE and when we called, they never gave us a complete answer and then started telling us it was not THEIR problem! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. This was the worst customer service I have ever had!
