5280 Hypnotherapy

"Wanting to lose weight (needing to quit smoking) I came to 5280. I have smoked for over 30 years, I enjoyed smoking and wasn’t really sure I was ready to quit. I did want to lose some weight and get into shape. It was high recommended by my physician, all the “workout” guru’s and Grace, (the hypnotherpist) that I address the smoking issue first. I was very skeptical and honestly wanted to spend my time & money on getting started with diet and exercise first. Grace was honest in telling me what to expect, what I needed to do, and for some reason my sub conscience fought me every step of the way.
