Fraudulent Company
Fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs! Despite having a 24/7 service line they rarely pick up even during business hours. They skipped our installation window and after calling 3 times during the window they never answered. Finally after the window they claimed we ...never confirmed so they didn't show. When we were finally able to reschedule they tried to charge us for emergency prices. Part of the installation charges were a permit fee, after the installation we found the company never contacted the village to acquire a permit. In addition they did not install to code as they had no shut offs. We had to have another company come fix their mistakes. After calling multiple times we sent a certified letter to the address listed, but was returned. Look up Google maps and see some apartment complex. It is convenient that the address listed on their website does not accept mail, makes it easy to avoid complaints. This company is fraudulent and their behavior is deplorable.
