I have made 2 appointments with this salon/stylist, and TWICE, she has cancelled due to 'sickness'. I make my appt over 3 weeks in advance, plan to drive all the way from OKC and wait until my hair looks horrid, and she has cancelled me at the last minute both times - very poor way to run a business!
