these doctors may be great but I'll go as far as saying they care more about money then they do a childs health. My wife and I are raising 2 grandsons we have insurance but it appears everytime anything is done by these associates there is always a 600 bill left above and beyond insurance. My wife and I had payed off our balance in payments but were not aware of a balance on one of our grandsons. We do not get any financial help from anyone and we ask for none but our grandsons doc sent us to ent because the boy has NO hearing in one ear and cannot hear low sounds in the other so my wife called to get an appointment what we got was a very snotty cold nurse who proceeded to tell us that there was a 600 balance and that would have to be payed before he would be seen, knowing we just finished paying for a bill my wife had she asked if we could again make payments and her snotty answer got worst saying yeah you can but the child wont be seen until his balance is payed.. So weve received no bills and this crass nurse or office manager or what ever title she holds cares nothing about a childs health only about money even though weve payed off bills before with them. I noticed ENT has recieved awards for charity it must be for tax deductions we asked for nothing for free we just wanted them to see why they boys hearing is gone but 600.00 is whats important to them not a 10 year olds health I will post bad reviews everywhere possible this is insane.they have the ear doctor market in this area cornered and this is how they feel about a child? Its not the boys fault that his being raised by grandparents and were going thru courts trying to get guardianship of the boys So now to find a doctor that actually cares why a 10 year old boy has lost his hearing.

Dr. Amsbaugh has taken care of myself and my son, and really great with kids, and I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone that is looking for an Ent. Thank you.Jami
