After placing an order for yarn I was notified through that a specific color was no longer available. An alternative was suggested or the option to cancel the order. I took the suggested yarn and already received the order. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would place an order again with yarns by design because of the personal contact yarn suggestion and service.
