Skilled but Over-Priced and "Difficult"
My family has given this business a lot of trade. No matter how many times you visit him, it is always like he has never seen you before. His prices are very high but that is probably due to real estate (at least, in part). I suggest you get a price before you settle with him, get a receipt, don't lose it, and don't be female with a sense of humor. There is no "comrade" in Yakub.

Yakub is very skilled at what he does.
I was at work, the heel on my shoe was making a clanking noise, the wood piece was exposed and i needed something done quick. i found yakub on google and walked over to his store it took only 10 minutes for him to fix my shoe and i got a new heel. the cost was pretty reasonable $14 which is the same price anywhere else but what i like was he did the job on the spot and didnt charge me extra for that.
