Yager Furniture Co Inc

Bought a CR Lane sofa and loveseat from Yager's one year ago. Picked out the fabric, which was cotton, and was nervous about it's performance. Marcia, sales clerk, told me that it would clean and wear "just like my blue jeans. When first spot appeared I dabbed it with a damp washcloth. The color was removed from the loveseat, a white spot appeared. CR Lane replaced the cushion cover at no expense to me. They told me I had to use a "dry cleaning" cleaner on it. Bought "dry cleaning cleaner and used it on the next spot. This time the color wasn't removed but a large white spot was left.\t\nYager sent 2 men out to look at it and the cleaner did indeed leave a white spot but they told me I had the wrong cleaner and they brought a solvent that did work on the fabric but was burning the gentlemens leg when he got some on his skin.\t\nThey left the cleaner for me and Marcia told me that Yagers would cover the cost to replace the cushion covers this time but not any time in the future.\t\nYargers just called today to tell me they would deliver the new cushion covers tomorrow and that I owed for the replacement. Talked to Marcia to remind her that she told me Yagers would replace the covers, she said since CR Lane wouldn't cover them Yager's would not.\t\nFeel like I have been lied to twice by Marcia, first time being the I could clean cotton just like my jeans and second that Yager's would replace my covers and then they did not.\t\nWouldn't recommend Yagers, Marcia or CR Lane.
