We had Terry put glass tile around our water line in our pool and jacuzzi. It's a pebbletec pool. He said he would come up with a design for the flow of water from the jacuzzi into the pool. He also said "Alex" his head mason, knew everything about tile and he could figure out the problem. Alex had no clue what he was doing. Very evident in his work. Our job started in October and he was trying to lay the glass tile in the rain and cool weather. Terry brought out a cheap piece of travertine that wouldn't do anything to help the flow. My husband had to do all the legwork and have a piece of stone custom made. 2 weeks after the tile was installed all the dark brown grout turned white. It looked horrible. I called Terry,he came out, but never came up with a solution. I finally found something on the internet to attempt to fix it. I spent the entire time (hours) fixing the problem. Now some tiles have popped off in the jacuzzi and he won't return my phone calls. Don't use Xiascapes!

We, too, had a similar experience with Xiascapes. Loved the design and Terry's vision. Execution was awful. We began to think we were crazy, that's how often things had to be redone. In the end, the company tried to make things right, but the concrete staining is still a mess. And this group is expensive -- a very pricey Excedrin headache.
