MISLEADING CUSTOMERS ABOUT PROMOTIONS
MR. LUAT IS MISLEADING HIS CUSTOMERS. HE IS NOT TRUE TO THEM. HE'S PROMISING PROMOTIONS AND CREDITS FOR HIS CUSTOMERS JUST TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT FOR CELLPHONE LINES BUT WHEN THE BILLING COMES, NOTHING IS REALLY APPLIED TO THE ACCOUNT. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING. I CALLED HIS NUMBER SO MANY TIMES, TO ASK HIM WHAT HAPPEN TO THE PROMOTIONS THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE APPLIED TO MY ACCOUNT, BUT HE DOESN'T ANSWER HIS PHONE. THIS IS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WON'T GO BACK TO HIS STORE AGAIN. IT IS A WASTE OF TIME.
