This Company is a RIP OFF!!! I purchased a cell phone from this company back in July '09. When it came it wasn't the phone I had ordered. I got an RMA# & returned it. Four days later they emailed me to say they had rec'd it & that they were going to refund me ASAP. A month later, NO REFUND, more emails, 2 months later, 3 months later, still NO REFUND!!! More emails with promises of refund asap. Phone calls with no returns. No Customer Service to talk to. I went as far as to fax copies of ALL of their emails to me to them. Still, as of today, 11/05/09, NO REFUND!!!! So words of advice to EVERYONE who wants to order from this company, DON"T!!!!

Ordered a RAZR V3 Silver on 12/29/08 from the WirelessGalaxy website. The website advertised free UPS shipping and that “What Comes in the Box” includes a Motorola Software CD, Motorola USB Data Cable, Motorola Headset as well as a Leather case as a “FREE ITEM BY WIRELESSGALAXY.COM”. When the box arrived by US postal service about 2 weeks later, it only contained the phone (color grey), a travel charger, and a 9-page Xerox-copied booklet that hardly lives up to a User’s Manual. All the other items were missing. Calling customer service on 1/12, they apologized for the mistake and promised the missing items will be shipped. They never arrived. In twice-weekly calls to follow up on the still missing items, I was given four shipping dates (1/13, 1/21, 1/29, 2/2) and two USPS tracking numbers. Neither did the tracking ever indicate that a shipment was actually sent, nor did anything arrive. When calling WirelessGalaxy, my phone calls are no longer answered.

I found the website on google and purchased a sprint MP3 phone. Waited 4 weeks No phone No reply. So I called and spoke with Farhan Pirzada he advised that it would ship out next day and that he would email the tracking number. Waited 3 days nothing. I called back and same story, he sorry I send it out today and email you the tracking number. I waited 1 week still nothing. I called back and he said sorry the phone is not in stock. DO you want to buy another phone? I said yes I want the HTC touch so he said ok you have to pay $150.00 more. So I gave him my credit card number and he charged it. Before I paid he said the phoine is in stock and can ship out same day, to find out 2 weeks later still no phone and I paid for EXPRESS overnignt shipping. NOTE: everytime I call I have to call 5 times before someone picks up, they are good at avoiding you. Later to find out these guys do not stock 95% of there phones online and that they drop ship from trading co in CHINA know to sell CLONED NOKIA PHONES.

ANyhow 4 weeks later still no phone and now they will not answer my calls. I will be contacting the local police department.
