Don't trust them with your pets!
Basically scheduled an appointment with me no problem and then left me in a lurch, telling me at the last minute to go somewhere else and being quite nasty over the phone. They're rude and very inconsiderate. Had no compassion as these cats are in the midst of a long complicated move overseas and they really screwed us over. Don't trust them with your pets.
