Windsor Court Apartments

DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!! Warning these apartments are terrible, the staff, the apartments, the environment, everything. First off the staff members are complete -------s. The manager Carolyn is a ----- and she always has a attitude if you have a complaint, she is never willing to help you. To start my stay here the apartments were infested with bed bugs so I had to suffer because they took two weeks to fix the problem and were inconsiderate that we were being eaten alive and that all of our furniture got infested with them. The roaches are terrible there has not been a day that I do not see a roach they basically sit on the couch and watch television with us. The exterminator told us that the roaches come from dirty neighbors but they don't treat the infested apartment so the roaches continue to come in. They don't fix anything. Over my year here I've had over 15 requests to fix things, I waited a month for a new sink, the ceilings in both bathrooms caved in and leaked,

WINDSOR COURT APARTMENTS SUCK!!!! The staff in the office is very rude. They harass their tenants, they are very rude and disrespectful. The apartments are full of roaches and BED BUGS! On my tour of my apartment there was a big cockroach in the bathtub before we even moved in. The maintenance sucks, they take two to three days to come for a problem and then don't fix the problem. There is always some kind of construction outside. The appliances and fixtures in the apartment are trash. Things fall apart soon as you move in they rig things to work just until you move in and then will charge you after you move out. There are Mexican cartel drugs that stay in these apartments and there are always drug deals 24/7. These idiots will also mess with your personal belongings (they tore down a lot of satellite dishes for no reason). Parking sucks if you're not home before 8pm you will not get a parking spot. These apartments are terrible and if you were smart you wouldn't move in. You get what

PLEASE DON'T MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS .IT IS A NIGHTMARE FROM HELL! i JUST SIGNED A YEAR LEASE AND I HAVE NO HOT WATER MINI BLINDS ARE BROKEN AND DAMAGED.MY APARTMENT WASN'T READY WHEN i MOVED IN. AND NOBODY WILL DO ANYTHING. I WILL HIRE A LAWYER TO GET GET OUT OF THIS HELL HOLE!
