Wells is a part of the Faribault County area of Minnesota. Major attractions include Thompson Park and Wells Depot Musuem. Each year in the fall season there is the Red Wing Fall Arts Festival. Among the biggest companies in Wells are Lees Polishing and Southern Minnesota Customs. The biggest schools here are Wells Elementary School and United South Central Senior High School. One of the best places to visit when you are in Wells is the Wells Golf Club.

I had a home built by this company a few years ago. Our first winter here black mold developed in several areas of the home. I contacted the company but got the run around about my filters being dirty, and was told to just "Kill" the mold. The windows they installed leak and are full of mold. The patio door leaked and I finally contacted the manufacturer who replaced it at no charge but got no where with NEH. The black mold in my bedroom closet is dripping wet. Cabinet doors started falling off after only a couple of months. The formica is falling off the kitchen counter. Closet doors have fallen off the rollers and won't go back on.There is a draft in one bedroom that can be felt blowing down the hall when sitting in the living room. The communication issues with this company are grossly understated with the previous rating. They showed up once during the entire time that our home was being built, and very hard to get in touch with on the phone or by e-mail. They often would ignore my calls and e-mails for weeks at a time. They made many mistakes while building our home, including sending the wrong plans to their sub contractors to get the basement poured. We fought with them for months at a time to get things fixed and get them to do what they said they would do. The house was supposed to be done in October, and we moved in the following July. As I write this review, we are still waiting for them to fix items that are supposed to be under warranty, and after 6 months of trying to get them to do something about it I still do not have any of the items fixed.
