Visiting Los Angeles to film a movie and do some promotional work, broke the heel tip of a very nice pair of custom leather boots. We went to Wilshire Shoe Repair based on the reviews on this page and they definitely lived up to their reputation. \t\n\t\nThe woman who greeted me was kind, helpful, and willing to fix my much-needed boot on the spot. I waited about 9 minutes and was charged an exceptionally great rate for the prompt service with no additional fee for the speedy request. \t\n\t\nGREAT experience and a great repair!

I live up in Beachwood, so this place is not close, but I'll go back for sure. He did really great work. I lived in NYC for 7 years and had to get shoes repaired constantly - you wear shoes/heels out rather quickly with all the walking in that city - so I've seen good work, great work and crummy work. The gauges on the heels of my shoes are gone and I can barely see where they once existed. Prices are reasonable too.
