Willow Pilates Studio

Willow Pilates works, and you will see a big change in your body shape including those abs. A very pleasant place with friendly, kind instruction that produces results in an enjoyable and challenging workout. I dig the style of workout and instructors who care about achieving a great body image for their clients.

I have been a member at Willow since 2004. I feel very comfortable with the experienced pilates instructors at Willow. I have been to other studios and they are all unique but Willow's staff offers so much more than just a workout.
