Williamson Trash Removal

they are all about the cash if yer bill is paid on time there good if you owe them money they have no time for you. we have had some issues regarding incorrect billing but we keep records and it all worked out. they are better than waste management i do feel they have decent customer service but ya don't miss that bill due date...

I have had Williamsons for about 5 years now and never had a problem. A couple of times I have forgot to put my trash out by the road. I have my trash cans next to my porch, they backed down my driveway and took my trash anyway! I also got in a really bad car accident and could not lift my cans to take them to the road, the customer service lady radioed the truck and they came down my driveway picked up my cans and put the lids back on them and lined the three cans back up nest to my garage. They ran over my mailbox once and the office called my cell phone to tell me about it and I gave them my receipt for a new post and mailbox and they offered to refund it to me or credit my bill. They could have just drove on and not told me about it. The customer service people are very nice. I have only had one issue, I just didn't realize that they moved the pick up day because of the Christmas Holiday. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they only pick up every 2 weeks. I read another review about they couldn't find the house. If you live in a rural area make sure that your house is clearly numbered! I would reccomend them to anyone they always go above and beyond!
