Worst customer service ever
I would like to make someone aware of the service I received today and the experience I will be telling every person possible about. I scheduled an appointment to have an interlock put on my car and was told it would take 30-45 minutes. I scheduled the appointment during my lunch break and had my friend who is a nanny drive my car to get the device put on. I walked into the location and the first thing I said was my name my appointment time and asked how long this is going to take as there are 2 children with me and there are 2 people that need to get back to work. He said 30 minutes and so I handed over my keys and informed him as I had the lady I scheduled the appointment with that my car is a push start. He said ok and began working on the car. 45 minutes later I asked him about how much longer and he informed me push start cars take an hour so it would be another 15 minutes. ARE YOU KIDDING ME THAT WAS THE FIRST QUESTION I ASKED SO I COULD PLAN ACCORDINLY! He then disappeared and m

Fast Professional work
I was impressed by Willarron Collision Center. I took my nice 2005 BMW in after I was referred by my insurance company. The first person I met was Jorge, he was very professinal and knowlegable about his work. They started on my car right away, and in just a few short days my car was complete. Good as new. I got to meet the owner, Shayne, he gave me great advise that should help me or my friends if we ever have another car accident.
