We rented a house from Wilkins & Company the year before we bought our house. We have nothing but compliments for them! The house was comfortable, our neighbors were nice, all repairs were made quickly, and 100% of our security deposit was refunded in a timely fashion.

Deposit not refunded
After leaving the house in perfetc conditions we did not get our deposit bac. The company and the owner of the house were playing back with ous. No one took responsabilties in paying our money. Do not rent any apartment or houses using this company
