I called weeks in advance to make a reservation for 11 people. I was told they wrote my name down. I called the day of the reservation around 3 pm and told Madeline I'd like to change my reservation from 11 people to 12 people. She said that would be fine. When we arrived we were told there was no record of our reservation and that it would be an hour and a half wait. If you make a reservation here, check it several times, try speaking with a manager...and good luck.
