We have been taking our cars to Westside for 3 yrs now. I have never felt "talked down to" and have never felt over charged. In fact I got a quote for an expensive repair job from the shop closer to work that many of my co-workers use. I then took my car to Westside. They did the job for quite a bit less (I didn't tell them I had gotten another quote). I will continue to go to Westside.

very unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. Will sign your insurance check and return you an un finsihed car which they will charge more for, and the cycle continues. Very dissatisfied, THEY ARE CROOKS.
