West Lake Pool And Spa

It took me months to calm down enought to write this review: TThis was the worst experience i have every had. began with subcontractors who had no respect for our property. the owner was scarce - i had to become angry several times to make him listen to my complaints. The pool refurbish was bad ( i will have to redo when i save money). The owner badically demanded final payment before final inspection complaining it was not his fault i was busy ( even though the job was weeks overdue). He then never followed through on promise for a couple months maintainence - he go t the money and i never saw him again. I have found plaster in my filter and the pool looks worse than when they started. STAY AWAY
