Washington, M.D., Pearletha R., of Wentzville, Missouri, died on Thursday, March 20, 2008 at the age of 41. She was our dear niece, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend to all who knew her.
Dr. Washington's Family Practice was in Wentzville, Missouri for 3 plus years.
My deepest condolences! She was the best doctor, I never felt like I was going to see a 'doctor' when i saw her! She was so unbelieveably warm genuine and truly caring. You were NEVER rushed when you saw her. A friend referred me to her after a lot of unexplained reasons for my ailments. Dr. Washington discovered I needed a pacemaker! Pearletha Washington saved my life! She will be sorely missed and forever in my prayers. God Bless to your family!
