Not stocked up on items every trip I make. Your commercial to send out only full truck loads to save us money is not helping when I need to substitute with higher priced item or worse, cheap and not good. I end up going without.

Not enough cashiers. When one does open up a register, they grab someone who was 'just' getting in line instead of someone who's been waiting already. It takes forever for the manager to send up another cashier or two. I have been shopping here for years, get irritated, and keep coming back. I'm considering giving up on walmart. I'm willing to pay extra for quality, not to mention availability.

I have been a cashier for years. Mistakes are made, but going up to your cashier and not being greeted,(not all), is wrong.

A lot of cashiers are sober, as in not friendly or personable. I suspect it is because they have to deal with many unhappy customers. They send in cashiers sooner to get customers moving, moods from both paties will take care of each other.
