WORST
Worst store ever shopped in. What happened to it.
a year ago it was a great store-now it is terrible;n New Management?-something should be done.
They really do not care about their customers, just their money
On July 25th 2010 I purchased 4 gallons of paint from this company and I went homw to find that the employee who mixed my paint did not properly put the lid on. Which meant that there was now paint all over my back seat. I went immeditely back to the store and made a report. The gave me a number to call Claims Managment Incorp. To find out about my claim. I recieved news today that they will not be paying to fix the damage that their employee caused. According to the the tape shows that he did. How can you tell this from a tape??? And second i have the second can. Which shows no marks on the lid of the paint, you know the kind a malet would leave. So the employee and Walmart get off scott free and iam left paying for damage I never caused. How is this fair? I am so angry . So do nopt hold your breath if you to have a claim caused by an untrained, neglectful employee. Cause they don't care!

This morning I was checking out in New Hudson Wal-mart & you only had two reg. lanes open. I passed #17 & the light was on, no one was home so I went to #24. She was laying on her counter & told me #17 was open. I said no one was there, but backed up & went back to #17. she wandered over with no hello, good morning or anything. All she did was glare at me during the check out like I'd bothered her. No thank you, have a good day or anything. I said it all to her - yep it was sarcastic at this point & realized I don't need this store. Meijer isn't that much farther. Your employees there are pathetic at times & this morning was a supreme example!!! Peggy
