I was a first time homebuyer; so, I hired Andy Sims to help me purchase my first home. What a mistake! Here are the facts: Because of Andy, I paid $3,000 OVER the asking price, the home inspector that he recommended failed to notice carpenter ant damage and the source the of leak on a faucet in the backyard, Andy Sims tried to force me to give him my keys to the house AFTER it had funded. He didn't even bother to show up for our closing. In my opinion, he is the worst realtor in Spokane. It will never do business with him or Walker Sims again and I highly recommend you do same.
