Nicole Miller should be ashamed to refer to this tailor
Avoid this establishment like the plague. If 0 stars were an option, that would be my choice. I was referred to this tailor by Nicole Miller for my wedding gown and am disgusted by both the work and the service.\t\n\t\nThey had difficulty taking in the dress enough, and after three fittings a red stain appeared on the dress. The owner proceeded to tell me it was there all along and that I missed it, and that he receives dresses from Nicole Miller all the time and you should see the kind of condition they come in. He blames the hand that feeds him! Then the were to steam it and when I went back to pick it up, it had not been steamed, the owner told me he would do me a favor and do a 'professional steam this time,' as opposed to an unprofessional steam that was done the first time. When I picked up the dress it had again, not been steamed, the petticoat is completely crushed, and there are chalk marks all over the back of the dress. Plus, the tailoring was done so misaligned in the back and nothing was taken in on the bust.\t\n\t\nIt is a total disaster and now I am taking it to another tailor that I have heard rave reviews from friends, two days before I leave for my wedding. This place and the owner are a disgrace to small business owners around the globe.

I took an item here for tailoring, inspired by their claims to tailor clothes for big name celebrities and big name fashion brands. They stained my garment, which was an irreplaceable custom-made outfit given to me as a gift to wear in my best friend's wedding. The stain cannot be removed and the outfit is permanently ruined. When I asked where the stain came from, the tailor nonchalantly told me he didn't know and that a stain wasn't a big deal at all. When I tried to negotiate a lower final price, they told me the price was locked into the computer and there was nothing they could do, but that they would give me a discount next time. There will not be a next time. They are completely incompetent and full of ridiculously infuriating excuses.
