USA Express Moving

This is all I have to say
DO NOT be fooled by their low price.
I realized later how many claims and complains are against this company on BBB website (Better Business Bureau)
They actually have a C- rating.
Be careful!!
I learned it the HARD way

Moving sucks but USA express moving made it a little easier. I rang the office to get a quote and I was that impressed with their customer service that I decided to go with them! I packed my own boxes well in advance and I made sure I marked each box so they could be placed in the right room upon delivery. I left my large items of furniture for the moving men, they wrapped the couch and other items with blankets. The moving guys knew what they were doing and it only took them around an hour and half to pack and load everything onto the truck. On arrival they unloaded all my stuff into the right rooms. I did warm them that I wanted the boxes and furniture placed in the right rooms because I didn't want to be moving anything heavy by myself. In the end the job was done quicker than I expected and I was left to unpack my boxes. I had no issues with USA express moving.

I was recommended by a friend to use this company and they turned out to be pretty good. The salesperson on the phone was very knowledgeable and he was able to give me some good packing advice. Two moving men packed up my home fairly quickly. Nothing got damaged in transit, I was only moving across town but you never know with moving companies. I was happy with the service and price and I will be recommending USA Express to my friends.
