US Buildings

Buyer Beware.
In September of 2009 I purchased a 25 X 30 "A" model building.
The salesman, a Mr. James Hope, came to our home and gave us a slick brochure and gave us "such a deal" on a nearly new factory repo. He mis-represented the unit. He said it was only 4 months old (when in fact it was 3 years old) and that you couldn't tell it from a new one. After I paid in full and picked up the building it was tightly banded and packaged for transport so it is virtually impossible to inspect. They make you sign an inspection paper which more or less waives your rights to any recourse. When unpacked every piece was caked with mud and wet hay and Lord knows what else. Once they have your money, forget about any "Customer Service" Mr Wallace could care less and I have yet to have Allen Hawkins return my phone calls. Before you turn over any funds to these folks, make sure you ask all questions and inspect thoroughly what you are buying. READ THE FINE PRINT ON THEIR PAPERWORK !!!
