Upmc Passavant Cranberry

I give a 5 star rating for all aspectsof my sons surgery on July 7 of this year. Whoever I was speaking with for directions early that morning was certainly pleasant. In fact, from the second we walked into the center,you would swear it was either payday or else everyone was anticipating their up and coming vacation by all the friendliness we experienced. Everyone was on top of things. It was a regular assembly line of checks and balances. I was comforted by the attention my son received before and after the procedure. The entire staff was very professtional yet warm. The atmosphere of the surgery center was very welcoming and calming a big plus for its younger customers. I would not hesitate to return to UPMC Passavant at Cranberry in the future if needed. I give a well deserved THANK-YOU to everyone we had the pleasure of meeting that day for all the consideration we were shown . You indeed were a team!
