Customer service at Tri-State Wholesale Building Supply is awesome! As a contractor, we got into trouble trying to keep our customer happy when we ordered special windows from another supplier and they didn't deliver on time. Our customer gave us 48 hours to find the windows she wanted or she would cancel the contract. As customer service is our number one priority, our office manager dropped everything and began the hunt for a company who could build three unique windows in 2 days or less. After calling everywhere else in town (and figuring out that an 8 week lead time on special-order windows is standard), we took a chance on this company. Kathy spent a few hours getting everything right on our order and the windows were ready for pick up in 36 hours.
